Inversion therapy is a form of traction that works by using gravity to stretch the muscles in the back and to increase the space between the vertebra. It is advertised as the back relief miracle. It sounds too good to be true because it is. It’s definitely not a cure all like they claim.. but could there be benefits 🤔. Watch the videos below where I outline what inversion therapy is REALLY all about. It’s better to hear it from a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has read the evidence than the guy trying to sell you one 😂 Bottom line: I’d rather you try inversion than opiates.. but don’t run out and buy one just yet. Back pain? I’d be happy to help! Post your questions below and I’d be happy to answer! Need more? Book a FREE consultation to find out how to best address your back issues 🙌
